We can arrange the following days out or arranged activities which can be made available to painters and /or partners. These are optional and would be paid fir direct to Il Collaccio.
SIBILLINI MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK
Spend the day exploring the Sibillini Mountains National Park, visiting the town of Norcia famous for its cured meats and salamis (lots of fantastic food shops!) then going on the Piano Grande which is a stunning high mountain plain completely surrounded by 2,000 + metre peaks giving it the appearance of a huge amphitheatre. From here you can visit other small mountain villages on the return journey to Il Collaccio
Price: 80 Euros per person including restaurant lunch and transport
BEVAGNA AND WINE TASTING
This is a beautiful Umbrian town with extensive Roman medieval architecture. A great place for sightseeing or simply sitting in the perfectly preserved medieval piazza enjoying a cappuccino. It also has some good small local shops. After an 'al fresco' lunch there is a tour and wine tasting at a top class vineyard.
Price: 90 euros per person including restaurant lunch, wine tasting and transport
GUIDED WALK
A guided walk around the beautiful surrounding countryside of Il Collaccio and neighbouring hill villages. Two to three hours. Reasonable fitness required
Price 5 Euros per person.
OTHER ACTIVITIIES
The area is excellent for walking and bird watching (Golden eagles are very common for example) If you have transport there are lots of place to see within an hours drive.
