Watercolour Workshop at the Sibillini Mountains National Park, Umbria, Italy
Monday September 6th until Sunday 12th 2010 (6 nights)
This workshop is tailored for beginners and improvers who wish to paint watercolours flowers and landscapes, with a dash of sightseeing thrown in. Stunning scenery as you can imagine, in a secluded hillside location, with swimming pool, plus outstanding local food and wine in a warm and friendly atmosphere in one of the regions top restaurants.
Itinerary:
Time schedule will be given on arrival
Monday - Arrival
Tuesday /Wednesday - Flower painting techniques. Step by step
Thursday - Free Day. Relax by the pool or why not book an excursion
Friday/Saturday - Flowers in Landscape, step by step , also techniques for skies, water, trees etc
Sunday - Depart
The course is studio based but those wishing to paint outside are welcome to do so, the views from the hotel are wonderful and there are many quiet spots for you to use..
ACCOMMODATION
The family run farm hotel of Il Collaccio has eleven rooms all with en-suit bathrooms, two of which accommodate disabled guests, plus some chalets in the grounds and a campsite. Local produce is cooked by the Italian family who own the hotel.
